To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
The free tier provides limited access to basic tariff calculations with no account required.
Paid plans (Professional and Enterprise) are billed monthly. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Metiri Labs, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Tariff data provided through the Service is sourced from public government databases and official tariff schedules. We do not claim ownership of underlying tariff data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that tariff calculations are 100% accurate or suitable for customs filing purposes.
Tariff rates, HTS classifications, and trade regulations change frequently. While we strive to maintain current information, you should verify all calculations with a licensed customs broker or the relevant customs authority before making business decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METIRI LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metiri Labs, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
